I'm giving 5 stars because it looks great, was easy to adjust once I grasped the instructions, and a very good price! I removed 2 links, would've liked to have removed 1 more because I have small wrists, but it would've then been too small. Some people are complaining about the weight, but to give you a comparison, an identically-made gold bracelet would be twice as heavy. As I just received it today, I cannot speak to if it really alleviates pain. however, I've heard for nearly 50 years about copper's effect on arthritis pain, and with the magnets inserted, I'm going on faith that it will work!

Arthritis Relief in Both Thumbs!
I have arthritis in both thumb areas. This bracelet has helped with the pain. I found it easier to remove and replace links doing the following: (1) Hold the tool in my hand (2)Hold the bracelet upside down in my hand. (3)Keep the bracelet pin towards the tool push pin as pictured in the instructions. (4)Make sure I am in good lighting so it's easier to see and have the tool strike the pin and drive it out. (5) Don't loose the "small" pin. (lol) (6) Re-enter the pin by hand as much as you can. (7)Very carefully push the bracelet at the pin area - against a very hard surface. (7)Don't just look at it to make sure it's in. Run your finger across the pin to make sure it's just as flat to the bracelet surface as those you didn't remove/replace. NOTE: It has small parts and is very inconvenient, but all of mine have stayed together.

It’s more than just a bracelet-it’ s a feeling.
This is a pretty bracelet with the clear stones adding a bit of elegance. My wife is using this as a classic wrist bracelet but it could also be an ankle bracelet. To properly fit her wrist I needed to remove one link which reduces the size by about 1 inch. The included pin removal/replacement tool makes sizing easy. The tool consists of a base, a hand turned screw and your choice of two different size pusher rods. Make sure to use the SMALLER rod when removing pins and the LARGER rod to reinsert pins.
All in all this is nice bracelet and the included pin tool makes sizing quite easy. I can’t comment on the health effectiveness of the magnets because I’m a bit of a sceptic there. But even if we can’t discern a health benefit the bracelet is still attractive on the wrist.
